What ages is VR suitable for?
VR is suitable for ages 10+.
Younger children can watch and enjoy the excitement but generally shouldn’t use VR headsets for safety and comfort reasons.
Is VR safe?
Yes — when properly supervised, VR is safe and suitable for most people aged 8+.
We always provide:

How much space do I need?
You only need a small area, such as:
- living room
- backyard
- garage
- hall
- office meeting room
- school classroom
We can operate in surprisingly compact spaces. For larger events, we scale accordingly.
How many headsets do you bring?
It depends on the event type and booking.
Typically between 4 and 10 headsets, or more for large events.
We’ll recommend the right number during your enquiry.
Do you handle setup and pack-down?
Yes — fully.
- Setup: 20–30 minutes

Technical & safety questions
Do you need power or internet?
We only require:
- Standard power outlet
- No internet needed (our systems are self-contained)
What if someone feels dizzy or uncomfortable?
We immediately pause the session and help the player remove the headset.
We select low-motion, comfortable VR experiences for kids and first-timers to minimise discomfort.
Are the headsets clean and sanitised?
Yes.
We sanitise all VR headsets before and after every use and provide hygiene covers if required.
Can VR be used outdoors?
Yes — if the space is shaded and weather-protected.
Direct sunlight is not suitable for VR lenses.
We handle all technical guidance during booking.
